Feature Story

The Jersey Hookup

Steve was down the Jersey shore, one weekend, enjoying his beach house. He took one of his nightly walks along the boardwalk and met a beautiful, young stranger. He couldn’t speak or stop staring at her. She was with some friends, but she walked over to him and gave him her number.

Sania: I’m only here for the night…

Steve: Then let’s make the best of the time.

Sania waves goodbye to her friends, and walks off with Steve. They laugh over ice cream, and Steve wins her a stuffed animal with his sharp shooting. He invites her over to “watch a movie” at his beach house. Ten minutes into the movie, Steve and Sania are kissing and taking their clothes off. Steve picks her up, and takes her to his bed. After three hours and three rounds of hot sex, they fall asleep. The sunlight wakes Steve up and he sees his beautiful guest is gone. Steve looks around the room. It’s as if she was never there. Steve starts to wonder to himself if his night with Sania even happen. He decided to give her a call.

He reached for his cell phone and it wasn’t there. Neither was his wallet…

I’m Hannah Erica, a Philly native and the writer for this website. I received my Bachelor’s in Communications with a Journalism certificate from the University of Phoenix. I came from a big family, and growing up we didn’t have many material things to play with, so our creative sides came out. As a child I would write skits that my siblings and I acted out, and I would write children's books to read to my younger siblings. More than a decade ago a started writing film scripts and completed two. It's a tough business to get work published, so I put the film script writing on the back burner and I write short stories that I publish on my own website.
